Board of Directors

As a non-profit organization, SEDP is governed by a board of directors. Our board is composed of a dedicated group of parents who work closely with the Executive Director and Business Manager to maintain a high-quality program. In addition to sharing their valuable parent perspective, board members bring considerable expertise in the fields of business, human resources, finance, and the law.


This well-rounded group guides policy development, oversees all financial and business practices, and selects and supervises the Executive Director and other program leaders. We purposefully recruit a large, active and diverse board of parents to ensure that student needs are kept as the top priority of the program.
