SEDP has a talented and experienced team of professionals working together to provide high quality programming. Staff members are chosen for their demonstrated ability to work effectively with school-age children.
Prior to employment all employees must complete a background record check, including a criminal record check (CORI), department of social services check, fingerprinting and at least two professional/personal reference checks.
In addition, all staff maintain current First Aid and CPR certification and are required to participate in annual training and professional development. At SEDP we strive to hire a diverse group of qualified employees knowing that a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and ages will enrich the program.
